Good morning, Anne. Good morning, Svend. Did you sleep well? This was the question we met every morning coming down for breakfast. And what a breakfast! On another page I’ll show to others what kind of food you served for us. We have had so many fine dishes at any time of the day, always served with a smile and funny reMARKs! (oh, no, it was not just (Den)Mark, that was funny). You all had a pleasent behaviour. Jay R. very caring, and called our room after the storm to hear if Anne wanted something to eat, and I said no, because she wasn’t too well (I didn’t ask her and she blamed me for the rest of the trip, because she actually had become hungry again), Jay R. was replaced for some days by Catheryn (sorry if my spelling of your name is wrong) also was leading the team with great authority. And Sheryl for some evenings said that the wine was on the house (it always were), and we hear that she is the real boss (and happy Birthday)! There was Terrence Jay, growing up 1 hour in car from where my sister in law was borned in the Philippines (it’s a small world). The last days we had Lucky, who we understood was a trainee, but allready made very well! We loved our trip with Hurtigruten very much, and ALL of you in the restaurant (also the chefs making the food) helped make the trip an unforgettable experience. So we thank you so much! But now you have to forget Anne and Svend. You will soon have other passengers to attend to! But I can assure you that Anne and Svend will allways remember you and your wonderfull way of doing things and the delicious food!
